The space
This immaculate property has two bedroom with ensuite bathrooms, perfect for family or friend up to 4 persons and is the perfect base to connect to the Jamaican experience.
Guest access
The Cottage is your private residence for your stay. The open kitchen is finished with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and is fully quipped. Chef Sheldon will prepare all you favorite Jamaican dishes. The kitchen opens out onto the large covered patio with deck and a pool. The Cottage's back patio has 2 lovely daybeds, dining table and BBQ grill for outdoor cooking. The back wall has a seating bench for up to 10 persons for small celebrations.

Location
Oceanpointe, Lucea, Hanover Parish, Jamaica
This lovely house is located at Oceanpointe, which is a gated community across the street from the Grand Palladium Hotel on the east end of the famous Lucea Harbor. There is a local beach across the street, but it's recommended that for full day beach experiences you travel to Negril (50 mins) or to Montego Bay (50 mins).
Day or night passes for the Grand Palladium are available and will definitely give your stay an added resort experience. Pachies Seafood Restaurant is a short drive away and there are numerous roadside stands that sell fruits and jerk chicken. The community has two pools, tennis court, basketball court, soccer field and a full clubhouse if you need to schedule a small party. Swimming with Dolphins is a nearby attraction, and golf is available at Tryal Golf Course with prior reservations. The backyard is a mini vacation with a plunge pool and comfy twin size daybed seating.
Getting around
We can assist in arranging a third party, private driver for all your transfers to and from the airport, as well as to any sight seeing or shopping excursions you may wish to do while staying at the Cottage. (The driver has his own rates and would be paid separately.) There is also a minivan for rental if you're familiar with driving on the left in Jamaica.
